What is NORMAL anymore?

I opened Titan Physical Therapy to help my community become strong, healthy and fit.

COVID-19 has pointed out how very important your health is.

Seeing the number of patients, I have been able to help over the years, I have witnessed the difference in those having therapy and those who have not. It is important to have someone in your corner to help you and keep you strong.

Being able to stay active and enjoy life is what is most important to us here.

Your health touches every aspect of your life. So many research articles continue to come out with one primary connection: the fix for heart, lung, physical injury and mental health is EXERCISE.

Exercise is at the heart of physical therapy, but it is not the passion of it.

The passion is giving you the joy of doing the things you love. It is you being able to be with family and friends. It is you being able to travel and have new adventures. It is giving you the ability to continue to take care of your parents and children.

It is important that you have a resource you can depend on so you can get the most out of life.

At Titan Physical Therapy, I strive to create an environment that meets all the current health guidelines and does not interfere with your care.

I continue to see my patients one on one.

My practice philosophy is to give you my undivided attention, so you can get the most out of therapy. This allows me to limit your exposure to unnecessary staff and shorten your time in clinic.

I continue to use telehealth whenever it makes sense. It is something I have been using at Titan Physical Therapy since I opened. Telehealth allows a way to minimize your time in clinic, and still help you reach your goals.

I want you to spend as little time in therapy as possible, but still get as much care as you need.

Do not let anything stand in your way of getting healthy. I am here to help you reach your goals.

Titan Physical Therapy is fully opened to help YOU.
